Twenlo customers purchase subscription plans to use our platform services. Paddle.com Market Ltd. is a trusted reseller of Twenlo and handles all the payment related processes.
All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.
Twenlo is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. You have 48 hours after the transaction to request for a refund, but please be advised that we reserve the right to decline that request should we see that a large number of credits have been used up, or potential abuse of our system.
